Following a personal assessment to understand your goals, I will design a programme where we can work together to achieve, for example, increased strength, improved movement, improved mobility and weight loss.
I especially love helping people find confidence in the gym. Maybe you're a regular gym goer or been away from the gym for a while, or perhaps you are new to the gym altogether.
Training is offered on a one to one at home basis or online.
I believe in having a friendly and sympathetic approach to get the best out of all my clients. I have experience working with a lot of different age groups and abilities.

I can also provide an individual monthly program for you to do on your own, in the gym or at home. With optional video-call check-ins!
